Reese on plastic surgery: “I’m not for it. I’m not against it. I have plenty of friends who do stuff and if it makes you feel good, great … but I don’t think it’s the fix for some sort of unease that you’re having about who you are as a human being. I don’t think I need plastic surgery at this point: Can we just go day-by-day on that one?”

On body image (she has an underwear scene in her new film): “‘I don’t worry about it. I have the body I earned: I had two kids and I’m still strong and healthy. And you start to have a different respect for your body the older you get. Instead of tearing yourself apart all the time, you start to go ‘Oh wow.’”

35 year-old Reese Witherspoon is the covergirl of Elle Magazine this month, where she talks a bit about how she loves her ‘womanly figure’:

On her sexuality: “I do have to say, I like my body so much better after I had kids. Is that a crazy thing to say? I’m more womanly. I feel sexier. I’m more comfortable with my sexuality as I get older. When I was younger, I didn’t know why men were starting to look at me. Now I know why men are looking — and I’m cool with it.”

Reese Witherspoon is on and in Glamour Magazine this month and she brings by a few quotes:

Reese on her sexuality: “I think as a woman, you get older, you feel more confident in your sexuality. You’re not as intimidated by it, not as embarrassed by it. Sexuality and femininity is an accumulation of age and wisdom and comfort in your own skin. I feel better – so much better now than I ever did in my twenties… I am calmer; I know who I am. And as a result, I feel much sexier.”

Advice to young women/young actresses: “There’s always going to be somebody younger or sexier. That’s why I like to say, and it’s become my famous line, ‘Funny doesn’t sag.’”
