Kim Kardashian recently revealed to the press that she feels an extreme presure to look perfect. From People:
She’s known for looking fabulous and flawless, whether she’s on the red carpet or on a jog. But Kim Kardashian could only complain about her skin on Sunday night’s Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
After her dermatologist revealed she has a psoriasis, a treatable skin condition that her mom also has – and a different diagnosis than Khloé’s theory that she had ringworm – Kardashian was told to take it easy and lead a “slower-paced life.”
Her response: “It’s just not possible.”
“My career is doing ad campaigns and swimsuit photo shoots,” the reality star, 30, explained on the episode. “People don’t understand the pressure on me to look perfect.”
She added: “When I gain a pound, it’s in the headlines. Imagine what the tabloids would do to me if they saw all these spots?”

Here’s a little story that might interest you: all-about-her-looks Kim Kardashian’s latest project is suing Old Navy for using a model who looks too much like herself (!!). It also happens that the model / singer is the current girlfriend of her ex, Reggie Bush. Here’s the full story from Daily Mail:
Kim Kardashian has been left furious after clothing brand Old Navy used a lookalike in their new ad campaign. The 30-year-old reality star is now suing the clothing giant for somewhere in the region of $15 – $20 million. Perhaps adding to Kardashian’s fury is the fact that the model and actress in the ad, Melissa Molinaro, is said to be currently dating 26-year-old NFL player Bush.
The reality star claims in the lawsuit, which was first reported by TMZ, that Old Navy is using Molinaro to ‘evoke her identity and persona.’ A statement from Kim’s representation reads: ‘Old Navy launched a multimedia advertising campaign featuring television and online ads that misappropriate Kardashian’s likeness in the form of a celebrity look-alike, and styled the infringing ads to evoke Kardashian’s identity and persona.’
‘Kim Kardashian is immediately recognisable, and is known for her look and style. Her identity and persona are valuable. When her intellectual property rights are violated, she intends to enforce them,’ her lawyer added.

Here’s Kim Kardashian, her flawless skin and long and sleek poneytail on the cover of Cosmopolitan Magazine – and because Kim always brings a body-related quote…
“I’m half Armenian, so the butt really comes from my dad’s side of the family. It’s a little bigger, so you do have to work out more. I do squats and lunges. I try to do whatever I can to work out. It’s all real.”
Once again denying claims of butt injections, Kim told, “I’m proud of my booty and it’s all mine. I have not had cosmetic surgery. I tried Botox once, but I have not had my nose done or anything to my butt.”
