Lingerie model / actress Kelly Brook recently revealed that her enviable slim and curvy figure requires a lot of work:
‘I love doing shoots in sexy lingerie or swimwear because it makes me feel good about myself but a lot of hard work goes in before those shoots.
I am not as confident about my body as people think. And I’m becoming less and less confident as the years go on.
I love my curves and if anyone saw what I can get through in a meal they’d know that I have to work hard to keep the weight off.’
