‘My regime is: walk everywhere, have regular steam room sessions to get rid of toxins and find a good water. And plenty of sex – it’s a great cardio workout! My secret to instant sex appeal is confidence and being with someone who makes you feel like you’re the only girl in the world.’

Kelly Brook, who recently claimed that she is not perfect since she does not look like Giselle shared some thoughts on diet and workout in the current issue of Women’s Fitness Magazine:

What does she eat?

‘I have porridge or boiled eggs for breakfast. I love tea and coffee and could drink them all day and snack on biscuits, but I eat fruit if I’m trying to be healthy. I also eat a lot of fish, for lunch and dinner. I love sushi or I’ll have a tuna Niçoise salad or salmon steak. I like to make lots of healthy soups in winter, too.’

On fitness:

‘I must have good muscle memory. I appreciate that a lot now, because I know some people find it harder to see results as they get older. But I’m getting generally more aware of my fitness as I get older.’

Lingerie model Kelly Brook recently revealed that even though she thinks she isn’t perfect, she is proud of her curvy figure:

‘I’ve never been a size zero, and I’ve always had a really good relationship with my body.  I don’t diet, I don’t do crazy exercise.

‘I’m not perfect – I don’t look like Gisele.  But there’s someone out there for everyone to look up to and emulate.  So if I’m the curvy one, that’s fine by me, I don’t mind.’
