Skinny VS Curvy

I’m pretty sure that Jessica Biel has lost some weight. Where’s the muscly physique, the strong looking body? She’s definitely still toned, but her waist looks positively smaller, her arms seemed a little thicker a while ago, her legs got skinnier and the weight loss is also visible in her face.

What do you think? Did Jessica lose or not? And if she did, do you prefer this Jessica or the slightly thicker, athletic Jessica from a few weeks back?

“She has curves and isn’t afraid of them,” Karolina Kurkova tells OK! of J.Lo, 39, who keeps her trademark asset toned with high-intensity interval workouts led by Gunnar Peterson and low-cal gourmet meals. “I eat meat. I eat carbs. I even eat McDonalds,” says the mom of two.

4. Halle Berry
“She’s stunning — God made her that way,” Darius Rucker tells OK! of Halle. The Bond girl, 42, relies on that famous orange bikini as a fitness barometer. “If I can’t get into it, I eat less junk,” jokes Halle.

“Oh My God. Megan Fox. She’s got a hot body,” exclaimed Chuck Wicks. Could it be that Megan was just born perfect? Perhaps. The Transformers star, 23, admits to occasional laziness. “I hire a personal trainer,” she says. “He’ll come to my house and Ill be like, ‘Not today! Not today!’”

Jen, 40, trains with yoga instructor Mandy Ingber three times a week. The Smartwater spokeswoman cooks meals from Jewels and Jill Elmore’s book, The Family Chef. “She is natural and really confident. I think that’s beautiful,” says Shawn Johnson.

Change in sight!

Who’s sporting it? Jessica Biel, who left her light brown hair behind and went for a super bleached do. I’m thinking that this is not the final result, since it looks like she needs a second job to even out her color.

And here’s a recent quote from miss Jessica from Gotham Magazine:

She’s been on nearly every list with the word “sexiest” or “hot” in the title: Maxim’s 2009 Hot 100 (No. 11), FHM’s 100 Sexiest Women in the World 2009 (No. 7), and Esquire’s Sexiest Woman Alive 2005, to name a few. But make no mistake: Biel’s not one for complacency.

“I don’t really think about those things and think, Oooh, yay—I’ve made a mark, all right,” she says. “But balancing the idea of being very sexy and then also being really attainable, kind of like a girl-next-door quality, is I think really important. To be able to bounce back and forth. [Because sometimes] the interesting characters are dark, conflicted…tortured souls; those are the characters I’m most interested in playing.”
