Jennifer Lopez recently commented that looking fit and slim takes a lot of work and that there are no miracles involved:

I workout nearly every day. It is hard work. Don’t let the pictures and everything fool you as far as people having a baby and then the next day looking amazing. It takes a lot of work. I feel like women always need to give themselves a break in that area as well.

On looking fabulous in her latest video:

You can hide a lot with good clothes, but when you’re doing a video, you really can’t because the clothes get smaller! It’s like all the sudden my stomach’s out. Oh no!

Its like, that’s what they want me to wear? I’d better start doing Tracy Anderson workouts six times a week then!

Jennifer Lopez, who was recently picked as ‘the most beautiful woman in the world’ by People Magazine, revealed some thoughts on her beauty regimen:

“I try to get enough good sleep, about seven or eight hours and I drink a lot of water.

“I don’t have facials or treatments. I don’t like messing with my face or my skin too much. I don’t do scrubs or peels or anything like that, I just do the basics. I use moisture masks a lot though.

“If I have a red-carpet event, I’ll do a face mask in the morning. And I’ll take a nice bath to relax myself because I think the better you feel, the better you look.  Then I’ll have a coffee and take the day slow. I don’t like to rush.”
