Australian bikini model Lara Bingle is the latest entry in the ‘Models Who Are Labelled ‘Fat” club. The reason? 24 year-old Lara recently put on 6 kg / 13 pounds. Here’s how she defends herself against critics:
You can never win. It is unfortunate that I’m their topic of being fat this week; maybe in a few weeks I will be too thin. I’ve never been that thin thin girl, I have curves, boobs and an arse, that’s my job, I’m a swimwear model. I don’t not eat. I love my food.
I have put on weight. So I’m not going to lie and say I haven’t. But I’m really happy right now and I’m working and that’s what I love. I like having boobs and a bum: I don’t want to look like a bony boy with no hips.
If I’m fat, how does that make a girl who is a size 12-14 feel, and that’s the size of an average Australian woman? It’s ridiculous.

American model Karlie Kloss (who walked for the first time in the Victoria’s Secret show this year) is featured in a spread that created a some buzz these days - here is the thin 19 year-old beauty in the December issue of Vogue Italia, baring it all for the cameras and revealing a figure with a very low body fat %.
The photo that created most controversies is the above one, which was actually removed from Vogue Italia’s website, due to the fact that it received many negative comments that included heavy words such as ‘anorexia’ or ‘photoshopped / contorted body’.
 
What do you guys think of this shoot? Does Karlie look unhealthily skinny to you… or simply thin and defined (considering she has a background in ballet)?

Hottie Marisa Miller is embracing the cover and the inside pages of Ocean Drive Magazine, where, besides looking pretty in feminine outfits, she admits that she didn’t understand the concepts of ‘pretty’ and ‘good body’ when she was a teen.
I took wood shop. I didn’t know what being pretty was.
My sophomore year in high school, I played volleyball, and they made you wear those ridiculous uniforms that look like a bikini brief. It was super-embarrassing.
There was this rumour going around that I had a ‘good body’, and I didn’t even know what that meant! My parents were just like, ‘Oh, it just means you’re really healthy and you’re strong!
