Jennifer Lopez has a little bit of something to share with you (from Us Weekly):

“I remember my flabby belly hanging out right after I gave birth. I kind of laughed and said to Marc, ‘Look, baby! Isn’t this crazy?’ I just didn’t care. I look back at pictures from that time, and I’m like ‘Oh, god, I was fat. I was still heavy eight months out!’”

“You get to the point where you’re like, Where am I? What happened to me? I got to get myself together for my kids, you know? They need to know what I really look like.”

“Before I was always able to fit into sample-size clothes from designers, and now they have to take them out just a bit…It’s no big deal.”

… says Jennifer.

Kourtney Kardashiann in a Bikini Reveals Her Weight Loss Plan

Kourtney Kardashiann in a Bikini Reveals Her Weight Loss Plan | kourtney kardashian hollywood moms

Even though new mom Kourtney Kardashian already got a “How I Lost the Baby Weight” bikini cover (see the post HERE!) just a few weeks ago, she is back in a tabloid and back in a bikini – plus this time, she reveals her weight loss plan. In case you’re curious, here it is (from Life & Style):

“I used to always get a chai latte from Starbucks, but I just switched to one espresso shot,” Kourtney tells Life & Style. Simply swapping 16 ounces of latte for an espresso saves 235 calories! “I’m allowing myself one serving of caffeine while breastfeeding [baby Mason], and the latte was really all sugar and milk,” says Kourt, who also cuts out other unnecessary calories, like those from juice and dehydrated fruits. “I was eating a lot of dried fruit, and I didn’t realize how much sugar that added. And now I’ll eat raw almonds instead of salted ones.”

KNOW WHAT WORKS BEST FOR YOUR BODY:

Kourtney likes the few extra pounds she gained in her bottom while pregnant — so she’s found exercises that will help her keep her booty, but tone and lift it. “I want to try to do squats — stuff that will keep the booty up there,” she says about the classic power move that helps lift, tone and define the legs, quads, hamstrings and glutes.

FIND A SPORT YOU LOVE — AND RUN WITH IT:

“I’m big on running — just putting on my iPod Shuffle and going for a run by my house,” says Kourtney, who also uses the treadmill or elliptical at her mom’s house. Nutritionist Oz Garcia says choosing an enjoyable activity is half the battle. “You’ll be having fun and losing weight at the same time.”

KEEP YOUR MENU FRESH:

“Frozen yogurt tastes so chemically to me because I’ve been eating salads and salmon and chicken,” Kourtney tells Life & Style. “Fresh food is so much better.” Garcia agrees: “By simply cutting out processed foods, products with high sugar and the bread basket, you’ll shed pounds more efficiently.”

New Mom Kourtney Kardashian Is 107 Pounds... and Photoshopped | kourtney kardashian hollywood moms celebrity weight measurements celebrity quotes

Kourtney Kardashian (who gave birth in December 2009) is bikini ready and she proves it on the cover of Life & Style Magazine. Kourtney got pretty angry a while back, when OK! Magazine photoshopped her and placed her on the cover of their magazine, together with the “How I (Already) Lost the Baby Weight”-kinda title. Well, this cover right here doesn’t lack our frenemy Photoshop either.

In an EXCLUSIVE photo shoot with Life & Style, Kourtney Kardashian slips back into a bikini for the first time since giving birth to her son, Mason, on December 14th. The reality star gained 40 pounds during her pregnancy and in just three months has already lost an astounding 33 pounds. “Being with Mason was so much more important than working out,” Kourtney explains to Life & Style on why she took her time to shed the pounds. Kourtney shares her secrets to weight-loss success, what boyfriend, Scott Disick, thinks of her new figure — and the couples plans for more babies!

L&S: How does it feel to show off your post-baby body in a bikini?
Kourtney: I feel good! I’m just starting to get comfortable being in a bikini again. I’m excited. Scott told me recently that he could tell my body was changing. He also said he could tell I’m noticing it because I’ll do these stupid dances in the mirror.

L&S: What does Scott think of your new body?
Kourtney: He’s always complimentary. He loved my post-baby body, but I think he’s excited I’m getting my old body back too.

L&S: Have you reached your goal?
Kourtney: I have a few pounds until I get back to what I was before: 100 pounds. But I feel comfortable. I weigh about 107 pounds.

In case you’re wondering, Kourtney is 5’0” according to most sources – so 100 pounds is a healthy weight for her frame (and so is 107).

Ellen Pompeo Went From Size 25 to 26 Jeans While Pregnant | hollywood moms celebrity quotes

Let’s read the story from Huffington Post:

Ellen Pompeo, who gave birth to daughter Stella Luna in September, covers the April issue of Self magazine. In the interview, Ellen, 40, talks about how motherhood has changed her body.

On her pregnancy weight gain:
“I went up a pants size during my pregnancy. I was in size 25 jeans and went to 26. I gained 26 pounds. I weigh 10 pounds more than I ever have. I love it.”

On criticism for being too thin:
“Everyone always told me I was too skinny before, and I thought, Oh, God, what if there are 14-year-olds who think I’m not eating, and then they don’t eat? Do I have a responsibility? Really, I don’t care if people think I’m too skinny. This is my body. If they don’t like it, screw it.”

On healthy eating:
“Take a few hours and prepare lunch for the week. On Sundays, I premake everything for salads. I boil a dozen eggs and parboil beets. I chop lettuce, cilantro, scallions and parsley and put it all in Ziploc bags. During the week, I just grab handfuls, add dressing, dump in a can of beans, some goat cheese, and I’m ready to go.”
