Skinny VS Curvy

Mom of two Gwyneth Paltrow got the press talking about possible ‘boob jobs’ or ‘boob work’ after being photographed in a bikini last month – Gwyneth loves to talk about the hard work she puts into keeping fit and fab, but it also sounds like she is not against getting a little help:

‘I still refuse to use silicone, Botox or other of those gimmicks out of pure vanity.’But a breast correction after breast feeding — why not?’

‘There’s actually nothing else to restore the original condition, isn’t there?’

Gwyneth Paltrow reveals that intense exercise can have less desirable effects on one’s body:

‘I somehow lost my waist because of intense yoga training and became almost boxy. But with stretching and Pilates exercises I hit form again.’

‘I don’t have time to do real yoga sessions that last over 60 minutes. But I meditate each day for at least five minutes.’

“The reason that I can be 38 and have two kids and wear a bikini is because I work my [expletive] ass off. It’s not an accident. It’s not luck, it’s not fairy dust, it’s not good genes. It’s killing myself for an hour and a half five days a week, but what I get out of it is relative to what I put into it. That’s what I try to do in all areas of my life.”

I’d rather smoke crack than eat cheese from a can.  OK, it may not be the healthiest of indulgences, but cheese, really beautiful, well-made cheese, has to be one of the best things on the planet. Give me a slice of Camembert over chocolate cake any day.
