Here’s a little food-related quote for you all. Courtney on her eating habits:

“I eat healthy, but I do cheat, on occasion, with pasta or bread and butter. And I do eat a lot of cheese and nuts, which is probably not the best idea.”

Our bikini treat for the day: 47 year-old Courteney Cox, who enjoyed some time in the sun in St. Barts this week… and she did so while wearing a black and white beachy number.

Favorite ritual: “Jennifer and Lisa [Kudrow] and I ate lunch together every single day for 10 years. And we always had the same thing — a Cobb salad. But it wasn’t really a Cobb salad. It was a Cobb salad that Jennifer doctored up with turkey bacon and garbanzo beans and I don’t know what. She just has a way with food, which really helps. Because if you’re going to eat the same salad every day for 10 years, it’d better be a good salad, right?”

What did Courteney (45) do the day before shooting a semi-naked scene on her show?

“I avoided salt the night before but no, I’m not that disciplined. I can’t be – I’m too hungry all the time. I just had to suck it in a little tighter! I was OK flashing some flesh. I think it’s great that the show portrays the reality of what it’s like to be in your 40s. It’s a great time of life.”

But did she live a healthy lifestyle when filming “Friends” (when she was quite skinny)?

“Well, first of all, I never exercised during ‘Friends’ – I just smoked loads of cigarettes. Now I eat and exercise, and you know, do everything I can… I just try a lot harder than I used to.”

Unexpected bikini treat!

OK, the pictures aren’t the most amazing quality and blur gets in the way of admiring Jennifer properly, but I figured that you do want to see one of the highly admired celebrity bodies wearing nothing but mismatched bikinis.

Jennifer is currently relaxing in Los Cabos with 2 dear friends: Courteney Cox and Sheryl Crow (and apparently, with Gerard Butler as well). She looks fabulous!
