What did Courteney (45) do the day before shooting a semi-naked scene on her show?
“I avoided salt the night before but no, I’m not that disciplined. I can’t be – I’m too hungry all the time. I just had to suck it in a little tighter! I was OK flashing some flesh. I think it’s great that the show portrays the reality of what it’s like to be in your 40s. It’s a great time of life.”
But did she live a healthy lifestyle when filming “Friends” (when she was quite skinny)?
“Well, first of all, I never exercised during ‘Friends’ – I just smoked loads of cigarettes. Now I eat and exercise, and you know, do everything I can… I just try a lot harder than I used to.”

Unexpected bikini treat!
OK, the pictures aren’t the most amazing quality and blur gets in the way of admiring Jennifer properly, but I figured that you do want to see one of the highly admired celebrity bodies wearing nothing but mismatched bikinis.
Jennifer is currently relaxing in Los Cabos with 2 dear friends: Courteney Cox and Sheryl Crow (and apparently, with Gerard Butler as well). She looks fabulous!
