Most of the times I see Katy in one of her quirky outfits, I feel like placing her in the Wow or Eww category… because when it comes to this girl, it’s either love or hate.

So, here’s Katie in a dress that is… 1. skintight, 2. short, 3. leathery, 4. cleavagey and 5. edgy. And a pair of floral stockings… and I’ve learned that stockings with big patterns have the “ability” to make your legs look thicker than they are.

Flattering, unflattering, too much, jaw-dropping, could do better, awesomely hot… which one is it?

Tight pants – not easy to pull off;

White pants – not easy to pull off;

Tight AND white pants – pretty difficult to pull off (especially the ones that appear to be a little see-through as well).

Eva is definitely thin – even more so, she’s lost some weight since the orange bikini pictures – but tight dresses made of shiny, silk-like fabrics which also happen to be elastic are usually recommended to the (very few) ones that have flat-as-a-board stomachs.

The shiny fabric creates lots of shades even on the smallest bumps – and believe it or not, I’ve seen cases (not celebrities, though) in which this type of dress and fabric (in collaboration with mean, mean lighting) reveal even cellulite.

Hmm… Hilary is experimenting a lot with clothes these days, isn’t she? Click here for yet another “experiment”! And since experiments are debatable, Hilary currently has a subscription at our “Wow or Eww?” category.

About today’s outfit:

1. Even though Hilary is a slim girl, I think that the skirt adds unnecessary (and somewhat unaesthetic) volume on Hilary’s hips.

2. Usually, thick belts – or, in this case, waist corsets – have the role to make the waist look slimmer, but I think we get the opposite here. Why? Because of that shiny central leathery part that looks like a cropped rhombus: a concave shape instead of the convex one would have optically slimmed the middle area.

The Facts: They are both pretty small on top, but Kristen carries a little more weight on her legs that Kirsten, who is skinny all over. Since both girls are presenting their legs in tight jeans and their legs surely differ in shape and size, let’s just do this:
