Britney Spears Talks about Her Diet

We all noticed and applauded Britney’s recent weight loss, especially when the results were seen in a little bikini. But what exactly has Britney done in order to shed the pounds and get closer to her fit and fab body? Here is what she said to OK! Magazine:
“I’m the healthiest I’ve been all my life. My diet has a lot to do with my getting into shape. I have no sugar. I don’t eat fruit or even fruit juice because of the sugar. I eat chicken and salmon and rice. I eat avocados. I’ll have egg whites for breakfast and sometimes turkey burgers for lunch. I try to do just 1,200 calories a day. It may sound like it’s not much, but it’s actually a lot of food if you eat the right things.”
And in case you are wondering about just how many calories Britney is consuming in one day, she says that she’s on a 1200 calories / per day diet, which works wonders combined with her workout. Her trainer, Adam Cronin says: “If you follow a vigorous workout program — plus this eating program — it is possible to lose up to 12 pounds in 30 days, in a very healthy, non fad-like way.”

you can eat 1200 calories if you really watch everything. but after few months, you have enough and you cheat sometimes. its not a catastrophe, but you have to increase exercise.
i would say 1500 calories / day is easier to follow.
but congrats to her btw !
yeah i agree with the comment above! this schedule is very rigorous for the normal person. i have to work full time and it i try to eat 1200 a day i just get too tired. 1500 is a much better goal!
