Most of the times I see Katy in one of her quirky outfits, I feel like placing her in the Wow or Eww category… because when it comes to this girl, it’s either love or hate.
So, here’s Katie in a dress that is… 1. skintight, 2. short, 3. leathery, 4. cleavagey and 5. edgy. And a pair of floral stockings… and I’ve learned that stockings with big patterns have the “ability” to make your legs look thicker than they are.
Flattering, unflattering, too much, jaw-dropping, could do better, awesomely hot… which one is it?

The designer Pantyhose really showcase her great Legs.
And the sexy tight dress shows off her feminine curves.
It even suits her new hair-cut!
After seeing this pic together, my boyfriend went out the next
day to buy me Pantyhose that are almost exactly like these.
Modeling them for him, he couldn’t keep his hands off me, and
we shot some photos that came out great – and the Pantyhose
really shine well in photos. We had another couple stop us at the
mall asking us where I bought them – not to mention compliments
and looks galore. (i felt like the rock star!)
My boyfriend just said, ‘all the Pantyhose girls know something about
the allure of their sexy legs and shape. That’s why they are famous
(katy perry, rhianna, zooey desChanel, lindsay, beyonce, liv, blake, etc.)
and all the others are just common. I surely agree to that !

*Erin27*- Well said! The Men (and girls) go crazy for my legs when I’m on stage, but if I’m not in pantyhose or tights -not so much. I have nice legs, but i know how they (sexy pantyhose) can be so attractive.
