Ashlee Simpson Debuts on Brodway

Ashlee Simpson debuted on Broadway last night – she played the role of Roxie from “Chicago” at the Ambassador Theatre.
She looks pretty content and happy about her performance!

Wow in the Broadway pictures she doesn’t look like herself at all.
I like her with black hair though, although an all black look is a little overkill. If her dress was a different color, I think it would look better. But her hair is great.
i’m normally not a fan of ashlee… but i’ve got to say i love the combo of pale skin and dark hair with bangs, she looks kind of like snow white.
This just reminds me of when she was young and dyed her blonde hair black (while she had that mtv show). She looks younger with dark hair. I like her with the red hair-she looked more grown up.

She looked really cute with her hair pinned back in the first and third pictures, but the rest make me think “Oh gosh, is she really going back to the ‘I’m not my sister, and I’m so eccentric and different and deep and wonderfully quirky and may be a Gwen Stefani-rip off’ stage again?”

Agreed. She has no personality of her own. I think she’s a poser, and she does not look good with black hair.

Ugh they could have gotten some better character shoes for the actresses. I mean, really. They do make some cute ones, but these are not them.

I really love her as a brunette, the third picture in particular is quite lovely, young, but super pretty.
I like to see her in a black hair, but she has the same problem I had when I dyed mine black – The eyebrows look to light when comparing to the hair. I think she has a natural light hair, blonde or light brown, and that shows in her eyebrows. Me, as a natural blonde, loved my black hair but hated that my eyebrows looked so light. If she intends to keep the black hair, she should consider doing something about those.
People can dye their eyebrows. Most people usually do dye their eyebrows when making a dramatic hair color change in comparison to their natural color.
I don’t think the black hair suits her well. And her eyebrows are blonde! It looks kind of funny.

I love when you see celebs smiling that. Usually you see those paparazzi smiles and they’re not as smile-inducing. Anyway, it looks as if she’s put on a few pounds (her legs are looking less pointy and her face less sharp) and I think she looks SO much better like this. It’s good when people find happy medium weights that their body is good with.
i’ve always loved her with black hair. she looks like a little stunner! tho as the first poster said- the al black outfit is too much with the hair. ooo maybe red would look ultra hot

in the pics. If it’s any indication that black women do run a little
larger than white women, it seems to be the norm here. Both
are in great shape, obviously.
